Tracy Tesmer


Tracy Tesmer has over 35 years of experience in the construction industry and holds an Associate Degree in Surveying and Construction Technology, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from The University of Akron.

Formerly a successful CASE franchise owner, Tracy’s career has involved building projects ranging from homes, roads and bridges, to skyscrapers and hospitals. He started early with hands-on experience working his way through college as a carpenter and an engineering technician. A large part of Tracy’s career was spent with McDonald’s restaurants, overseeing various construction, remodeling, and real estate acquisition activities.Because of his expertise and experience, Tracy was recently appointed to the Building Board of Appeals in the city of Gainesville as Architect representative.

Sara Bagwell


Sara Bagwell, Designer

Sara holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Business from Samford University and a Master’s degree in Marketing Research from the University of Georgia. Although she worked in marketing research for several years after graduation, her true passion has always been in design. Sara designed her first bathroom in 2004, and since then has been studying design and gaining hands-on experience in residential remodeling and design. She joined Tracy’s team in May of 2016. Her background in psychology and insights, along with her design talent and knowledge, help her truly understand clients’ needs and bring their dream rooms to life.

Charles Rogers

General Manager

Charles has lived in the North Georgia area for the past 30 years. He is a veteran of the US Navy and studied Business and Economics at North Georgia College. He has over 25 years of experience in residential remodeling, fourteen of which have been spent working with Tracy Tesmer. Charles is our lead project manager and will work to make sure your project goes as smoothly as possible.

Tommy Wade

Project Manager

Tommy has over 40 years of experience in the construction industry, holding positions ranging from mechanical and carpentry to sales and project management. Tommy is a skilled carpenter who formally owned his own woodworking and custom cabinetry business. From 2000 to 2005, Tommy worked as a Production Manager and Sales Representative for Tracy Tesmer when he owned his CASE Handyman business. Tommy joined Tracy again in 2015 as a Project Manager for Tracy Tesmer Design/Remodeling. Tommy’s attention to detail and organization skills make him an excellent Project Manager and he will ensure your project stays on schedule with a beautiful end result.
