Lance Rogers

Lance began work with Tracy Tesmer Design and Remodeling in 2015 and assumed a major role with the construction team, overseeing site preparation, demolition and clean up. He also assists with finish carpentry, meets with building inspectors and acts as assistant to the project managers.
